Every Property Manager has a Point of Difference.

Hi, I’m Bruce Liddle. I was born in Hamilton and raised in Taupo, where I grew up with an understanding of property and construction, being the fifth generation of a family whose trade was originally stone masonry and in later years, carpenters. You could say that ‘it’s in my blood’. I moved to Auckland for several years to gain trade experience for myself before returning to the Waikato. At the beginning of 2011, I moved my family to reside in Cambridge.

I was blessed to have had three years diverse property management experience in the Hamilton rental market. My vocational experience also covers significant time in the insurance industry and as a result of this I find that I can offer owners’ the benefit of my knowledge in advising them on various situations that tend to arise in the property management realm.

At the end of the day, any property manager who is worth considering entrusting with your property, will be conversant with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and have a functional knowledge of the Health & Safety Act, along with other general knowledge pertaining to property management and have honesty and integrity. Therefore, when you are looking for a property manager; what it should come down to at the end of the day is ‘their point of difference’.
